Taxi

There is designated taxi rank located at the left of pedestrian plaza as you walk out of the terminal. Concierges provide a safe environment and allocate taxis to passengers. There is a levy AUD 2 to fares for taxis leaving the airport. An average fare between the airport and the city center is around AUD 30-40.

Bus

If you would like to use public transport to get into the city center, Adelaide Metro offers an express bus service JetExpress. Adelaide Metro also offers a convenient JetBus service to Glenelg, West Beach ad the City. Both buses are Metroticket services. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver. 

Adelaide Airport is located approximately 6 kilometres west of the Central Business District. The passenger terminal at Adelaide Airport has three levels: the Ground Level (Level 0) is the Arrivals and Baggage Claim level; Level 1 provides access to the International Arrivals concourse and houses Customs; Level 2 is check-in and Departures level that leads to the Boarding Area.

• Qantas Club International Business Lounge, main terminal, airside. Hours: 5:00-21:00 daily.
• Singapore Airlines Silverkris Business Class Lounge, main terminal, airside.
• Virgin Australia Lounge, main terminal, airside, level 2. 
• The Rex Lounge, main terminal, airside. Hours: 5:00-22:00 daily.

You will find car hire agencies in the baggage claim area on the ground floor, provided by Avis, Budget, Europcar and Hertz. 

You can book a car at the airport, or save money by booking online before you travel.

Showers are available only in Qantas Club Airportr Lounge:

• Qantas Club main terminal, airside. Hours: 5:00-21:00 daily.
