General Mitchell International Airport - MKE

General Mitchell International Airport is five miles south of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• The airport has two passenger terminals: the two-level Main Terminal with Concourses C, D, and E and a small International Arrivals Terminal.
• The Main Terminal’s lower level houses check-in counters for departures and baggage claim for arrivals. The upper level has restaurants and shopping in the Concession Mall and leads to the Concourse.
• Each concourse has its own security checkpoint and there is no connection between them. If you are connecting between concourses you will have to go through security again.
• The small International Arrivals terminal is northwest of the passenger terminal. A shuttle takes passengers to the Main Terminal for transfers. Arriving passengers can be picked up here.

Travelling between terminals

The terminals are connected by a free shuttle bus that also serves parking lots. The shuttle picks up passengers outside the main doors of the International Arrivals Building.

Taxi

Taxi service is available via the taxi pickup station outside of baggage claim. All taxis are metered. 

Location: Main Terminal, before security, ground level, outside of baggage claim exit 3, cross the baggage claim roadway and follow the signs to the taxi lane behind the rental car area
Cost: approximately USD 25-30 to downtown

Bus

The GreenLine service operates between Bayshore Town Center and Mitchell International Airport, travelling through downtown Milwaukee on the way. The bus leaves the airport every 15-30 minutes daily and the journey takes approximately 20 minutes. MCTS Route 80 also connects the airport with downtown Milwaukee.

Cost: USD 2.25 one-way, USD 4 all-day pass

• Delta Air Lines Delta Sky Club, concourse D,  across from Johnny Rocket's. Hours: 4:45AM-7:30PM daily.
• Midwest Airlines Best Care Club, airside, concourse D, next to gate 38.
