Humberside Airport - HUY

There's no train station at Humberside Airport, so bus is your best bet - or you can take a cab to the nearest rail station. 

Bus

The Humber Flyer, operated by Stagecoach, runs Mon-Sat to Grimsby and Cleethorpes in one direction, and Barton and Hull in the other. A local service, run by Hornsby Travel, runs Mon-Fri to the villages surrounding the airport.

Train

The nearest train station, Barnetby Station, is around 5km away. You'll need to take a taxi there from the airport, and from there you can take trains to cities including Doncaster, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Manchester, Sheffield and Lincoln, with TransPennine Express and East Midlands Trains services.

From Doncaster, you can connect to London's King's Cross, Humberside, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

Humberside Airport (previously Kirmington Airport), is a small transport hub in North Lincolnshire, England. It lies 19km west of Grimsby and 24km east of Scunthorpe and Kingston upon Hull. It has few facilities, but is known for being quick and easy to transit through.

The airport has one terminal building, with Arrivals and Departures on one level. It primarily serves short-haul flights to holiday destinations in Europe, like Majorca, Tenerife and Jersey. Flights are mostly seasonal, except year-round KLM flights to Amsterdam and Eastern Airways flights to Aberdeen.

Shopping and eating options are very limited, but you'll find the Aviator restaurant and WHSmith landside, and a bar, World Duty Free and executive lounge airside. 

There's also 'Nightel' accommodation for offshore gas, windfarm, business and industrial workers within walking distance of the terminal.
