Three buses go to Moskovskaya Metro Station from the airport.
City Bus #39 takes 30-35 minutes and runs every 12-20 minutes from 05:30-01:30. Express City Bus 39EX takes 20 minutes and runs every 25-30 minutes from 05:25 till 00:20. Minivan taxi K39 takes 15-20 minutes and runs every 5 minutes from 07:00 till 23:30.

Fully licensed taxis are located at the arrivals hall on the first level of the main terminal at the airport. You can pay for a taxi at the Taxi Pulkovo counter with a credit card or cash, or by cash at the end of a ride.

Pulkovo International Airport is located 15km south of downtown St. Petersburg, Russia. The new, integrated passenger terminal at Pulkovo Airport serves both domestic and international flights. The airport has four levels:
Level 1: arrivals and baggage claim area
Level 2: security and passport controls, domestic departures, phone charging stations and first aid stations
Level 3: check-in and secured gate areas as well as international departures, kids area and phone charging stations
Level 4: food and drink areas as well as business lounges
Passengers who value their time and appreciate comfort should take advantage of the VIP service at Pulkovo airport. These services provide fast-tracking of pre- and post-flight procedures, bringing the time down to 10 minutes for check-in, security, and passport control.

There are two children's play areas in the terminal, both in the departures area of the airport. Play areas are suitable for children aged 0-12 who must be accompanied by an adult.

Pulkovo International Airport offers children the unique opportunity to discover the mysterious world of the airport. The excursion program is aimed at familiarizing children with the airport infrastructure and the main professions within the airport. Children visit the inspection service, passenger transportation department, baggage yard, fire station and tower near the runway.
Please note that the application for the excursion should be sent at least 1 month prior the desired date. The excursion is intended for children from 8 to 17 years old.
Pulkovo's baby care room is equipped with a play area, a kitchen where you can warm up food and feed the child, and a bedroom for babies under 1,5 years. A medical certificate is required before visiting.
