Greater Rochester International Airport is located three miles southwest of downtown Rochester in New York.
The airport has one passenger terminal with two concourses: Concourse A (the Frederick Douglass Concourse) with Gates A1-A11 Concourse B (the Susan B. Anthony Concourse) with Gates B1, B2, B2A, B3-B10
Passenger pick-up, rental car counters, baggage claim, and ticketing are on the ground floor on the main terminal. Elevators and escalators take you up one floor to security check and the concourses.

Bus
The Airport is serviced by the Rochester Transit Service throughout the day. Bus schedules are available at the Visitors Information Booth.
Location: Main Terminal, before security, arrivals, lower level roadway, east end of the airport Cost: USD 1 one-way, USD 3 all-day pass
Airport Shuttle
The Rochester Transportation Service bus picks you up directly in front of the airport terminal on the lower level and can take you to all area businesses, hotels, and surrounding suburbs.
Location: Main Terminal, before security, arrivals, lower level, exit the terminal through middle doors and walk across the road, turn right at the taxi stand and look for the shuttle vehicle
