John Glenn Columbus Airport is located six miles east of downtown Columbus, Ohio.
The airport has one main passenger terminal that connects with three concourses - Concourse A, B and C. Some of the main services and amenities offers at this airport include complimentary Wi-Fi, nursing rooms, pet relief areas and a meditation room.
The Main Terminal has two levels, with baggage claim on the lower level and check-in and security on the upper level.
Concourses are located after security with their own security checkpoints and concessions.
International arrivals are in Concourse C with a direct connection to customs and immigration.
Skycap curbside check-in is available at the north and south entranceways as well as on the baggage claim level.
The AirConnect service stops at the airport’s arrivals and departures levels every 30 minutes from and stops at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and 19 downtown hotels such as the Courtyard, Hyatt Regency, and the Renaissance Hotel. Tickets are available for purchase by credit card at the bus stop or with cash on the bus. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes.

Taxi
Taxis are available on demand 24-hours a day. The initial charge is USD 3 plus a USD 3 airport surcharge.

There are more than 2.000 power outlets and USB ports which are built in at seats in the boarding area. Besides, there is PowerMat charging station available.
There is one meditation room at Port Columbus Airport which is located next to baggage claim level. Massage chairs are available landside on the ticketing level and airside.
