Kunming Changshui International Airport - KMG

Kunming Changshui International Airport has convenient transportation systems. Subway, airport shuttle bus and taxi are available at the airport.

Subway

Line number 6 operates between Changshui Airport and East Bus Station and runs from 9:00 to 19:00 on an interval of 25 minutes. It takes around 25 minutes to get into the city and the cost is CNY 10. You can purchase tickets from bilingual ticket machine.

Shuttle Bus

• Airport - Xiaozimen West, operating hours: 8:00-02:00, interval 20 minutes, duration 50 minutes.
• Airport - Wujiava, operating hours: 8:00-03:00, interval 30 minutes, duration: 60 minutes.
• Airport - North Downtown, operating hours: 9:00-23:00, interval 30 minutes, duration: 70 minutes
• Airport - Chenggong New Urban Area, operating hours: 9:00-17:30, interval 30 minutes, duration: 60 minutes

Taxi

Taxi rank is located directly outside of the arrivals area. In daytime the fare is CNY 9 for the first 3 kilometers and CNY 1.8 per kilometer for the rest of the journey. If you take a taxi from the airport threre will be a highway toll anlong the way.

Lounges are located in the International Departure Hall and Domestic Departure Hall on the 2nd floor. Lounges provide shower, rest, internet access and other services.

• Travelex China, International Arrival area, Grreting Guest Hall, next to exit at the east side
• Bohai Transforex, International Departure Hall, Commercial area, 2nd floor.

• Domestic Departure Hall, 3rd floor, west side
• Next to boardind exit 30 on the 2nd floor, east side
• Next to the administrative area in the 2nd floor

Showers are available in the International Departure Hall and Domestic Departure Hall on the second floor in lounges.

The luggage storage sercive is available in the departure hall on the 3rd floor, west side and next to the greeting guest hall, west side.
