Getting around the airport

Two terminals, five concourses, Metrolink and bus

Lambert-St Louis Airport is 10 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis. The terminal complex has two terminals and five concourses:

Terminal 1: 
handles domestic flights through Concourses A, B, C and D. Terminal 1 has lower, mid, and upper levels. The lower level is arrivals; the mid-level offers food and drink, services, and amenities; the upper level houses food and drink, information points and doors 1-6 for exiting. Airlines served by this terminal include Air Canada, United, Delta, American and Alaska.
Terminal 2: handles international flights through Concourse E. Terminal 2 has two levels. The lower level is arrivals and the upper level is departures with ticketing, shops, and restaurants. Airlines served by this terminal include Frontier Airlines, Southwest, Wow Air and Swiftair.

Travelling between terminals 
Terminals 1 and 2 are connected by a free 24-hour shuttle bus which is accessible from Exit 12 and runs in 8-15 minute intervals. Passengers can also take the MetroLink for free. In Terminal 1, the MetroLink Station is located at Exit Door 1 at the east of all ticket counters in the ticketing level. In Terminal 2, the MetroLink Station is located at Exit Door 12 through the parking garage.

Getting into St Louis

Shuttle, Light Rail and Taxi

Shuttle

Shared ride shuttles leave the airport approximately every 30 minutes. The GO Best Express is recommended by the airport.

Terminal 1, before security, lower level, exit MT12 directly opposite baggage carousel 2
Terminal 2, before security, lower level, between exists ET12 and ET14 in baggage claim area
Cost: USD 25 one-way, USD 45 round-trip (Children 5 and under ride for free)
Opening hours: 06:00-22:00, daily

Light Rail

MetroLink is the St. Louis and metropolitan area light rail system. Trains operate every 20 minutes and the journey takes approximately 25 minutes to downtown. If arriving via MetroLink use either the Lambert-East stop for Southwest, Frontier & Charters or the Lambert-Main stop for all other airlines. The stops are close to their terminals.

Cost: USD 2.50 one-way, USD 4 all-day pass

Taxi

The airport works with the Metropolitan Taxicab Commission for its passengers. Exact fares depend on final destination.

Terminal 2, before security, lower level, exit door ET12
Cost: approximately USD 42-55 to downtown depending on traffic + USD 4 taxi pickup
