Tucson International Airport is located about 10 km south of downtown Tucson, Arizona. It consists of one terminal building which was renovated in 2005. The terminal building has two separate gate concourses.
Concourse A (Gates A1-A9): American Airlines, American Eagle, Southwest Airlines
Concourse B (Gates B1-B11): Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, Delta Connection, American Eagle, United Airlines, United Express
The ground floor is the arrival level. Ticketing, security check and departure area are located on the upper level.
Two routes of Sun Tran, the region's public transit system, make regular stops at Tucson International Airport. To pay the bus fare, exact change is required. Visitors who plan on using the Sun Tran system can pre-purchase a SunGO fare card and have it mailed to them in advance of their trip.
Route 11 travels north through mid-town along Palo Verde Road and Alvernon Way to the Tucson Jewish Community Center near Dodge Boulevard and River Road. Route 25 travels north along Park Avenue to the southside Laos Transit Center, 205 W. Irvington Road, and the downtown Ronstadt Transit Center, 215 E. Congress St., where transfers can be made to other routes.

Taxi
Two taxi companies are authorized to take walk-up passengers from Tucson International Airport, VIP Taxi and Yellow Cab. Under their contracts, rates from the airport are set at $5.50 for the flag drop and $2.25 per mile. There is also a $22.00 per hour charge for traffic delays. Other than that, there are no additional charges for baggage or for more than one passenger going to the same destination.
